Shipping Policy


At Aura of Stars, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you will find details about our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and costs.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Note: During peak seasons (holidays, promotions), processing times may extend to 3-5 business days.

We currently ship to the following regions:

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
We offer the following shipping rates:

Standard Shipping: $10 AUD (flat-rate)

Express Shipping:  $15 AUD (flat-rate)

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $169 AUD (Australia only)

For international orders, shipping costs are calculated based on destination and selected shipping method at checkout.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the link provided.

If your tracking number is not working, please allow 24-48 hours for it to update in the system.

If you have not received tracking details, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@auraofstars.com.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which vary by country.

These fees are not included in the order total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

We are not responsible for customs clearance delays or additional charges imposed by your country’s regulations.

 Tip: Check your local customs office for estimated costs before placing an order.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We strive to ensure your order arrives on time, but once the package is handed to the courier, it is out of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us.

Shipping Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or customs clearance.

Incorrect Address: If the provided shipping address is incorrect and results in a delivery failure, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

7. Changes & Order Issues
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

If your order has already been processed, we cannot modify the address.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at an additional shipping cost.
