At Aura of Stars, we offer multiple secure payment methods to ensure a smooth checkout experience. By purchasing from our store, you agree to our payment terms outlined below.

We accept the following payment options:

 PayPal
 Afterpay (Buy Now, Pay Later for Australian customers)
 Shopify Payments (secure checkout processing)
 Google Pay & Apple Pay

 Note: All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments or third-party providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

2. Currency & Exchange Rates
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified.

If you are purchasing from outside Australia, your bank or payment provider may charge currency conversion fees.

Shopify automatically calculates and displays prices in your local currency based on your location, but the final charge may vary depending on exchange rates.

3. Payment Security
We prioritize your security by using:
 SSL encryption to protect your payment information
 PCI-DSS compliant processors to ensure safe transactions
 Fraud detection systems to prevent unauthorized payments

4. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Options
We offer Afterpay, allowing Australian customers to split their purchase into four interest-free payments.

BNPL services are subject to approval by Afterpay, and late fees may apply. Please check their terms before using.

5. Failed Payments & Order Cancellation
If your payment is declined, please check with your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received or if fraud is suspected.

6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-10 business days, depending on the payment method used.

Any non-refundable Shopify processing fees will be deducted from personal reason refunds (see our Refund Policy for details).

Refund & Return Policy
At Aura of Stars, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Order Cancellation & Changes
We process orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at support@auraofstars.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

 Note: Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

2. Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
 The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
 All accessories, gift items, or special packaging must be returned with the product.
 The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

 Note:

Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Final sale items (such as promotional free gifts) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please email support@auraofstars.com with your order number and photos of the item (if applicable).

3. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

 If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within:

3-5 business days for PayPal transactions.

5-10 business days for credit/debit card payments (depending on your bank).

 Refund Deduction Policy:

Shopify charges a transaction fee on all orders. This fee is non-refundable for returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong selection).

If the refund is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will fully refund the amount, including the Shopify transaction fee.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item was purchased with a discount or promotion, the refund will be based on the actual amount paid.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To assist you quickly, please email support@auraofstars.com with the following:

Your order number

Clear photos or videos of the issue

 For damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

You will receive a full refund, including any transaction fees.

If a replacement is preferred, we will ship a new item to you free of charge.

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, you can return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Return Process
 Contact us at support@auraofstars.com to request a return authorization.
 Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
 Ship the return to the address provided in our email response.
 Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within the stated timeframe.

 Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and customization reasons, including:

Custom or personalized crystal bracelets

Clearance or final sale items

Gift cards
